DOMESTIC US MAINLAND SHIPPING

We Provide GROUND Shipping to Domestic mainland US only. Shipping rates apply. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES, SHIPPING RATES APPLIES. PLEASE CONTACT US TO PROVDE CUSTOM SHIPPING RATES FOR YOUR COUNTRY. Importing country customs fees, import fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the Customer. Customers to pay and satisfy in the importing country. Any duties, taxes, or import fees incurred shall be charged to the customer by the shipping company prior to delivery. Final import, customs, and tax costs will be confirmed by the Shipping carrier after they complete the customs Clearing.

SHIPPING PROCESS TIMES

All Orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

SaraybyHala.com ships to addresses within the mainland U.S., - No Shipping to U.S. Territories, and No Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Hawaii, or Alaska.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the email.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

SaraybyHala.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
