RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If 5days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return,

  1. Submit a Return or Exchange Request at  within 5 days of the delivery date.
  2. Provide proof of delivery date receipt from the shipping carrier
  3. Provide receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Provide Photos and Images of the item intended to be returned
  5. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packing and original packaging.
  6. We will review your return application
  7. We will review your return application, we then provide authorization to return for our review in person
  8. We will send you return instructions on how and where to send your package.
  9. You will be responsible for return shipping fees.
  10. Return must be shipped to within 2 days from the date we issue return authorization

You must return the item you have. When we receive the item, we will process your return for review within 5-7 business days. We will notify you after we inspect your return, and let you know your return is accepted. If the return is accepted we will issue you a Refund in the form of store credit or Gift Card within 15 days of approval of the returned item. You will be credited the cost of the item less the original shipping fee. There will be a restocking fee of 15% applied and deducted from your store credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, and you have not received a store credit, please contact us at info@saraybyhala.com

Note: If the Return item is not received in the original packaging, a 20% repackaging & repackaging fee will be applied and deducted from the Store Credit or Gift card. 
 

EXCHANGED, DISCOUNTED, AND SALE ITEM POLICY 

Items that are purchased thru a discount coupon, discounted item, or item that is on sale are considered final sales, are not returnable, and are non-refundable.

Purchases that have gone thru an exchange event are not eligible for any additional returns, refunds, or store credits. Sale or Exchange items are considered FINAL SALE and are not returnable, and non-refundable.

WRONG / DEFECTIVE / NOT AS DESCRIBED WARRANTY

Damaged Item Warranty Policy

We have a 2-day Warranty Replacement or Return Policy, which means you must notify us within 2 days after receiving your item to request a return or a replacement for a defective item, receiving the wrong item, or a purchased item that does not match the listing description.

If you notify us after 2 days from receiving your item, the item will not be eligible for replacement, exchange, or refund.

To be eligible for a Return:

  1. Your purchase does not match the listing description, or the item is defective, or it was the wrong item shipped.

  3. Provide a small description of the issue, pictures, and videos showing the issues of concern.
  4. Provide proof of delivery date receipt from the shipping carrier
  5. Provide receipt or proof of purchase.

  7. We will review your return application

  10. Saraybyhala.com will issue and email you a shipping label for the item you have.

You must return the item to get a refund. When we receive the item, we will process your return for review within 5-7 business days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return thru our Resolution Center Return & Refund Portal will not be accepted.  Item sent back to us after the warranty period noted above will not be accepted.
